Julia’s Indoor Cycling Experience
Join Julia for a fun-filled, energetic and effective 1.5-hour cycling class! Whether you’re a seasoned or casual rider, every ride is tailored to meet individual riding abilities, “geared” toward progress! Riding to upbeat, motivating music, you train at various intensity levels using cadence, wattage, heart-rate percentage and/or RPE, focusing on safe and proper riding technique. So start your weekend off right and join Julia for a spin!
When Julia is not teaching Pilates or BODY PUMP at her Pilates studio, Pilates Bodies, she enjoys mountain biking, road biking, hiking, running trails, scuba diving, skiing, and traveling.
Saturdays 8 am – 9:30 am
Fran’s Indoor Cycling Experience
This indoor cycling class may be inside, but Fran will give
you a workout with an outside experience! With Fran’s
coaching style, she will instruct you through using heart rate,
perceived exertion and watts through all terrain, intervals and
more. Whether she’s taking you on the roads of Juneau or Italy, or
the mountains in Colorado, you’re sure to have a great ride.
For all levels of riders including fitness, recreational, touring
and competitive cyclists.
